Sunday mornings
On Sunday, Union Station Restaurant + Bar sets out a brunch buffet from 11 AM to 2 PM. The regular menu is off while the buffet runs, so come later if you want to order from it. Crossroads is a bar with a kitchen of its own, located in the west gaming area. With the Poker Room on one side and the Show Lounge on the other, it is a convenient spot for a fast meal ahead of a show. The kitchen is open from 11:30 AM to 2 AM daily, and the bar serves from noon to 2 AM.
Its doors follow a separate schedule. Sunday to Thursday they open at 9 AM and close at 2 AM, while Friday and Saturday they stay open around the clock. Its kitchen keeps taking orders until 2 AM, so it is one answer for food after a show.
A small bar for a short stop
The Midway Bar suits a quick drink on the move more than a lingering visit. Up to six people can sit there, and it has four table-top slot games. The drinks list covers local and premium spirits plus three local beers. Its hours are 6 PM to 2 AM, Tuesday to Saturday, so a Sunday or Monday drink will need to happen elsewhere.
